The challenge
MMCL sells a wide industrial catalogue, from bitumen and hazmat drums and LPG cylinders through to fuel bowsers, container chassis and an EPC and minerals division, to buyers as varied as oil marketing companies, chemical multinationals, utilities and defence. Enquiries arrive by phone, email and WhatsApp, and each one needs a specification and a price before it becomes an order. The hard parts are being visible for the specific product terms buyers search, answering technical enquiries quickly, and making sure none of them get lost between channels.
The solution
We are building the operational layer around the existing site: AI agents and workflows that capture and qualify incoming enquiries around the clock, CRM so every enquiry lands in one pipeline instead of scattered inboxes, and search work aimed at the product-level and specification-level terms their buyers actually type.
